Till now two species, A. coloceroidesI Tendeiro, 1969, off Duculla latrans (Peale) from Fiji Islands, and A. marshalli Tendeiro, 1972, off Duculla bakeri (Kinnear), from New Hebrides, were known in this genus. The new species in study has strong affinities with A. marshalli, from which it can be distinguished by the smaller dimensions, the male antennae, occular region, shape of the abdomen and genitalia, the head of the female relatively narrower and differences in the chaetotaxy.</p>
