A totalof 3,381 mallophagean lice were collect, and six species were found:Menopon&amp;nbsp; gallinae,&amp;nbsp; Menacanthuscornutus,&amp;nbsp; Eomenacanthus&amp;nbsp; stramineus,&amp;nbsp; Goniocotes&amp;nbsp; gallinae,&amp;nbsp; Goniodes&amp;nbsp; gigas&amp;nbsp; andLipeurus&amp;nbsp; caponis,respectively.Goniodes gigas species was identified for the first time in Caraş-Severin County, but at alowest prevalence (1.34%). The&amp;nbsp; highest prevalence was noticed forMenopon gallinae&amp;nbsp; andGoniocotesgallinae, which had 60.33% together.&lt;/p&gt;
