Description of Prolinognuthus marouaensis n. sp. of the foleyi group, a parasite of the hyrax, Procavia capensis, and a redescription of P. faini Benoit, 1961 (Anoplura, Linognathidae)

A new species belonging to the species group foleyi of genus Prolinognathus, parasitizing Hyracoidea of genus Procavia is described from Cameroon. This species partaining to foleyi group, we have been led to make a short redescription of an another member of this group : P. faini Benoit, 1961. The author presents after a key of the genus Prolinognathus.
