| Abstract: | Two subgenera of Geomydoecus are recognised - the nominate subgenus for 42 previously recognised taxa and Thomomydoecus, n. subgen., for 6 taxa, including 3 new species herein described. The new species and their type-hosts are G. (T.) jamesbeeri from Thomomys umbrinus supernus, G. (T.) genowaysi from T. u. madrensis, and G. (T.) dickermani from T. u. tolucae. |
