Abstract:

English title: Parasites of Corvidae in the Pedroche Valley, Cordoba, Spain. Preliminary communication.

The protozoan and helminth parasites in 45 Pica pica, 3 Cyanopica cyanus and 2 Corvus monedula from the north of Cordoba Province, Spain, are listed. 4 species of protozoa, 4 cestodes, 5 nematodes and Centrorhynchus teres were found. Dispharynx nasuta and Choanotaenia musculosa are new records for P. pica. Isospora rochalimae, Microtetrameres corderoi, Acuaria anthuris and Centrorhynchus teres are new records for Spain.
