| Abstract: | In this paper some characters of Menacanthus arctifasciatum (Piaget) are discussed; the name of Pseudophilopterus "notivagus" Guimaraes is corrected to noctivagus; the true name of the host of Kellogia brevipes serrati Guimaraes, is given, and the following genera are put in synonymy: Psittacicola Guimaraes, 1942 = Neopsittaconirmus Conci, 1942; Uncifrons Guimaraes, 1942, = Psittoecus Conci, 1942; Forficuloecus Conci, 1941 = Echnophilopterus Ewing, 1927 |
