The Program Chair serves to prepare and organize the arrangements for the forthcoming society congress. In consultation with the council he/she appoints an independent Scientific Committee to develop the scientific program and a local Organizing Committee to manage the meetings day to day running. The Program Chair is responsible for writing congress announcements and scheduling the council meeting during the congress. These messages should be passed in a timely manner to the website editor and membership secretary for dissemination amongst the society’s members.
