| Abstract: | The species of Ibidoecus parasitic on the Ibis genus Threskiornis are reviewed - clausus (Giebel), dianae Tandan, insularis sp.n., tandani sp.n., threskiornis Bedford - and a key for their identification presented. The host and geographical distribution of the phthirapteran parasites of this genus are discussed. |
