Abstract:

Mosquitoes and blood and tissue specimen from wild birds, rodents, and bats collected during 1958 through 1961 failed to yield any arbovirus isolates. The results of antibody studies on sentinel pigeons, domestic chockens, wild birds, bats, and small rodents indicate the presence of a continued but low activity of WE and SLE viruses.
