The Secretary is responsible for maintaining lists on the status and address of the society’s past and present members, and for passing on member dues to the Treasurer. In addition to submitting a report at the Society meeting to the council summarizing membership statistics, he/she is responsible for minuting all council meetings. These must be made available to the editor in a timely manner for publication on the society’s website after each meeting. In the event that the secretary is not available to minute a meeting, he/she must appoint someone from the council on their behalf.
