| Abstract: | In this project 40 birds were detected for the collection of biting lice from birds in poultry houses located in the different region of Ahvaz. In total 1200 lice were collected. The lice were identified using Allen Walker and Stonjanvich keys and light microscope. Specomens were identified as Menacanthus stramineus and Menopon sp. from hens and roosters and Menacanthus stramineus from ducks. |
